Balloon.Services is a property of 360Production.Services LLC. By using Balloon.Services, furthermore referred to as: this site, you agree to use this site only by the intended methods outlined. Any malicious or illegal use of this site, its products, or contents, is prohibited. The purpose of this site is to provide information and booking communication for balloon twisting services provided by this site.
Payment Terms
We use PayPal to accept all major credit cards! No PayPal account is required to pay invoices. All invoices are due upon receipt.
Deposit Terms
Due to COVID-19 we are no longer accepting deposits and all invoices are due 100% upon receipt.
Balloon Twisting Services
This site offers balloon twisting services for events and parties in the Central Texas area. Rates are $120/hr plus a minimum of $1/mile for round trip transportation, which may increase depending on market rate and availability. You agree to pay all estimated costs as well as any actual costs. All estimated costs are due in order to confirm and reserve the date. In the event of a cancellation we may offer a rain-check or voucher as needed. You agree to accept a voucher for any cancellations or rescheduling of events when offered. You agree to provide an optimal twisting environment between 65-75 degrees.
By booking our twisting services you agree to accept any and all liability including paying any and all actual costs that occur for failing to abide by these terms and conditions including any additional damages.
We do not guarantee availability of any of these services. We do not offer returns or refunds. All orders are final upon payment.
Balloon Safety
By using this service you agree to be responsible for all balloons provided.
- Our balloons are 100% latex and can trigger an allergic reaction for anyone with a latex allergy.
- You may not use our services if you are allergic to latex.
- You cannot provide balloons to anyone with a known latex allergy.
- All children will be monitored when playing with balloons.
- Children will not be allowed to chew on or put the balloons in their mouths.
- Balloons will always be kept away from pets and animals.
- Popped balloons fragments will always be picked up and disposed of in a proper trash receptacle.
You agree to be fully responsible for these balloons and ensuring proper balloon safety at your event.
ALLERGY ALERT: This product contain latex which is a known allergen and can cause allergic reactions.Do not interact with the balloons if you have a known latex allergy.
Children should always be monitored when playing with balloons.
If you have an allergic reaction, seek medical treatment immediately.
SENSORY WARNING: Balloons can be a highly sensitive play activity.Parents should be considerate of children with sensory issues when playing with balloons.
Balloons can squeak and pop randomly while playing.
